Do you want to make a page or two of your work and have it been seen by Lady GaGa?
Do you want to tell her how much you love her and how much she has impacted you?
Well then send me what you want included and I will put it in this book!

Here is the deal. I am *HOPEFULLY* meeting her July 15th in Indianapolis.
I am going to make this fanbook available for every member to include ANYTHING that you want to give to Lady GaGa.
A lot of you have AMAZING drawings, poems, letters, and everything.
It will NOT include any original work, just copies or scans of your work and you design your spread with exactly what you want and email it to me,
and I will put it all on one fan book to give to Lady GaGa.

Please sign your work/ include your signature on the page somewhere. Please also include your username in your email to me.
I will put your username on your page spread somewhere, but make it uniform with everyone elses so it is clear who did what.

The page will be 12×12 inches. Only send in a max of 4 pages. If you need more ask me and give me details why.

Deadline is July 7th

Do NOT include your email or phone number on the page or I will not use it.
Do NOT send my mp3 files or video files…
